Documents
Encrypted files, expiring share links and an audit trail of every view

Every file is encrypted before it is stored, shared through links that expire, and every view and download is on the record.
Each file is encrypted with its own AES-256-GCM key, and that key is itself locked with a key unique to your company. PDFs, images and office documents are all accepted, and folders can nest as deep as you need.
Sharing works on your terms: choose how many hours a link lives and how many times it may be downloaded. The link is shown once, when you make it — instead of an attachment sitting in someone's email for good. For practices that handle patient information, HIPAA mode — a separate paid service — changes how documents may be shared; no software makes a practice HIPAA compliant by itself, and a Business Associate Agreement is arranged separately.
What you get
- Each file encrypted with its own AES-256-GCM key, wrapped with a key unique to your company
- PDFs, images and office documents, in folders that nest as deep as you need
- Share links that expire after the hours you choose, with a download limit you set
- Ask a customer for a file: with texting on, CallMOR texts a one-time link and their upload lands in Documents
- An audit trail on every file of every view, download and share — who and when
Common questions
How are files protected?
Each file is encrypted with AES-256-GCM using its own key, and that key is itself wrapped with a key unique to your company. Every access is written to the file's audit trail — every view, download and share, with who and when — so if anyone ever asks who has seen a file, that record is what you show them.
Who can open a shared link?
Anyone holding it, until it expires or reaches its download limit. That is why you choose how many hours a link lives and how many downloads it allows when you create it, and why the link is shown only once. Keep the window short and send it to the right person.
Is CallMOR HIPAA compliant?
No software makes a practice HIPAA compliant by itself. HIPAA mode, a separate paid service, adds stricter retention, redaction and audit controls and changes how documents may be shared, and a Business Associate Agreement is arranged separately with CallMOR. The underlying protections — per-file encryption, company-level data isolation and audit trails — apply to every account, with or without HIPAA mode.
