Common questions
Does CallMOR see my customers' card numbers?
No. The customer types their card into Stripe's own secure fields, so card numbers never pass through CallMOR, and the money is paid straight into your own Stripe account. CallMOR's part is the request itself: sending the secure link by text, listing what is outstanding, and marking the request paid when the payment settles.
What do I need before sending a request?
Three things: the texting service switched on, a registered number to send from, and your Stripe account connected on the Payments page. Payment requests go out through your own texting service as a text with a secure link, and Stripe's own processing fees apply to the payments themselves.
